Hawks Amusement in Alton, IL has been a staple in the area since 1983, and it's easy to see why. With a long-standing reputation for quality ATM service, vending, dart boards, and jukeboxes, the business has always been about delivering fun and convenience to the community.

Now under the leadership, the second-generation owner, Hawks Amusement has seen exciting updates and a renewed energy — all while preserving the strong foundation his father built. After his father's passing earlier this year, Richie stepped up in a big way. Growing up in the business and with a background in IT, he’s brought a fresh perspective and real technical know-how to the operation.

The improvements Richie has made are impressive, but what stands out most is his attention to detail and genuine care for the business. Every aspect — from machine performance to customer service — reflects someone who takes pride in what he does. It's clear he's not just continuing a family tradition; he's elevating it.

No doubt, his father would be incredibly proud of what he’s accomplished.

If you're looking for a trusted local business that truly cares about its customers and the services it provides, Hawks Amusement is a name you can count on.
